I know that I’m probably in the minority, but in case you didn’t know, Google+ is still restricted to 18+ users. I don’t meet that. It’s painful to sit around and watch people use Google+, and I can’t be a part in it because of the age restriction. I understand that Google has legal problems to deal with when it comes to allowing non-adults to use their beta features – they ran into that when launching Google Buzz, which is probably what initiated this age restriction. But seriously, Google+ has been out for quite a while now (launched June 28, 2011, according to Wikipedia), how hard can it be to implement privacy options that will satisfy lawyers and national court systems? I’m sure you can do a better job than Facebook does with it, and every person my age that I know uses Facebook. You guys at Google are awesome, and you’d be even more awesome if you would open Google+ to pre-adult users.
For everyone else, if you’re wondering what I’m talking about:
